Job Description Business Analysis & Requirements Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to business outcomes Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships across business and technology teams Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirements Support stakeholder alignment and decision-making Process Improvement Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities Define future-state processes aligned to business and technology strategy Support continuous improvement initiatives Delivery Support Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to support project execution Contribute to solution design discussions Support testing activities and define acceptance criteria Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements Governance & Documentation Maintain clear and structured documentation aligned to Sodexo standards Support portfolio governance through accurate artefact management Ensure consistency in business analysis methodologies and tools Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environments Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills Experience working within structured project or portfolio delivery frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery Experience with tools such as Triskell or similar portfolio platforms is advantageous
